The stand rod adapter is hooked into the slotted rail like a module and offers an additional possibility to secure the SmartRack®. The supplied stand rod can be inserted into the stand rod adapter from all three directions in space and then fixed to an existing stand rod, or other permanently installed rods in the laboratory. This immobilises the SmartRack® and fixes it in that location.
