At Box Scientific, we make a no-compromise commitment to ensuring that all products perform at the highest level of performance.

All units are ISO Certified. We also maintain active CE binders for all units with some 300 pages of compliance and safety verifications and/or failure testing for every component of every unit.

Once the units are assembled, they get 100% inspection on each unit at 3 different gates.

Nothing goes out our door that hasn’t been inspected 3 times. We are proud that this is our 10^th year without a single defect.

Box Scientific Warranty:

Full One Year Warranty

This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, or operation of your Station One, Heliport and Heliport Plus units with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damages incurred by accidental or purposeful use or abuse outside of manufacturer recommended handling and operation. This includes damages to your Station One/Heliport unit caused by impact or dropping electrical damage caused by liquid spills. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by floods, fires, or natural disasters.

What Box Scientific Will Do

Box Scientific will immediately replace and Heliport/Station One units which are defective in materials or workmanship. In the event that inventory levels do not allow immediate replacement, Box Scientific will replace the defective unit as soon as inventory becomes available or offer a full refund of the purchase price as an alternative.

Extended Warranty Plans:

After the first year, you can extend your warranty for another year and receive the same original coverage.
